hula1Starting May 8th at 7:30PM, we will officially have Hula Hoop Fitness on our schedule.

Hula Hoop Fitness is a way to get those abs you’ve wanted by having fun exercising. We all want that magic way to work out without working out. This is it. Come swing that hoop. In one hour you’ll burn the same amount of calories as running on a treadmill. I know which exercise I’d choose.
